Requirements:

• level of spoken/written English from C1 (business vocabulary)
• experience in communicating with native English speakers​​​​​​
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• experienced PC user; knowledge in Excel
• persistence, empathy, adaptability, confidence

What does role involve:

• communicating with clients by phone and business correspondence
• support and consultation of existing users regarding our product
• quality management of clients in the CRM system and internal files
• development of long-term relationships with clients
• execute the set KPIs
