Requirements:
- level of spoken/written English from C1 (business vocabulary)
- experience in communicating with native English speakers
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- experienced PC user; knowledge in Excel
- persistence, empathy, adaptability, confidence
What does role involve:
- communicating with clients by phone and business correspondence
- support and consultation of existing users regarding our product
- quality management of clients in the CRM system and internal files
- development of long-term relationships with clients
- execute the set KPIs
