Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and results-driven marketer who is passionate about promoting professional services in audit, consulting, and advisory.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across owned and earned media channels. You will lead multiple projects simultaneously, bringing structure, creativity, and strategic thinking to every initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

Owned media (corporate website, email newsletters, social media pages)

Earned media (press coverage, news outlets)

  • Oversee the development of engaging content tailored to target audiences including text, visuals, and video by managing internal and external content creators (e.g., designers, videographers).
  • Manage relationships with key associations, chambers of commerce, and other external partners to enhance visibility and collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage and regularly update the team’s web pages and digital presence.
  • Support and lead event planning and execution, both online and offline.
  • Ensure compliance with PwC global brand guidelines at the local level, including correct usage of the PwC logo, co-branding rules, and visual identity standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social, media).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to oversee content production (text, visuals, video).
  • Familiarity with email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Knowledge of brand compliance and visual identity standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
