GTM Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Support Dealer Network Development: Assist in the expansion and management of our dealer network across Uzbekistan;

• Coordinate GTM Operations: Help plan and execute product launches, from strategy to market entry;

• Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead of the curve;

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly;

• Monitor Regulations: Keep an eye on regulatory changes to ensure compliance with local automotive policies;

• Dealer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with dealers and assist with any operational issues that may arise;

• Performance Monitoring: Track dealer performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience in car dealer development and management is a plus, but not a must for the right candidate;
• Knowledge of the Automotive Market: Familiarity with the Uzbekistan automotive market and dealer landscape;
• Market Trends Understanding: Able to spot trends and shifts in the automotive sector;
• Proficiency in Office Tools: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Languages: Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
• Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to handle dealer relationships effectively;
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and able to stay on top of multiple projects;
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking to address challenges as they come;
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to new regulations and market changes;
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage work under pressure.
