As we are commencing the Tashkent Pharmaceutical University Project in Zangiata

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PTO-related tasks for large-scale building construction projects.

  Strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling techniques, including the Critical Path Method (CPM), and resource allocation.

  Proficiency in creating Gantt charts for schedules using MS Excel.

  Ability to prepare and manage planned progress rates and actual progress rates.

  Solid knowledge in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with standard methods of measurement.

  Ability to review and assess both main contracts and subcontracts.

  Experience in reviewing and managing subcontractor payment claims and progress reports.

  Ability to review and evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

  Familiarity with FIDIC or other international standard forms of contract (preferred).

  Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  Minimum 3 years of on-site construction experience.

  Ability to handle project documentation.

  Experience in managing projects from initiation to the receipt of all documentation.

  Understanding of construction processes and techniques.

  Proficiency in using CMETA software (basic level or higher required).

  Strong understanding of design documentation and construction mechanics.

  Ability to prepare and adjust payment claims for both main contractors and subcontractors.

  Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher required).
