Participate in developing strategies for collaboration with suppliers of the entrusted area, based on supply strategies defined by management,
Search suppliers, generate and optimize the range and prices of products,
Control performing the supply obligations of suppliers,
Control the buying price and articles data accuracy in the system,
Monitor the status of implementation of procedures, which are implemented (for products, special offers, etc.),
Analyze and controls the assortment matrix and stock of the entrusted area, etc.,
Analyze the market for the purpose of obtaining information about potential new suppliers, competitive prices and the corresponding position of the goods on the market,
Negotiate with the suppliers, ensures fair purchase price, availability of goods and ensures providing of all required documentation in accordance with the legislation,
Negotiate with suppliers on assortment optimization of their products.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG sector,
Strong analytical and PC skills (Excel)
Able to operate independently and work closely with the buying team and other cross functional teams
Excellent written and spoken English (at least Intermediate)
