Position: Office manager (Outstaffing)

Location: Almaty

We are looking for Office manager (external position) at Sandoz Kazakhstan! Ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by coordinating administrative tasks, managing supplies, and supporting internal processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Preparing meeting’s agenda, collecting and consolidating presentations for business meetings;
  • Receiving and distributing telephone calls;
  • Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence;
  • Registration of requests for business trips;
  • Primary documentation processing;
  • Contract management support: preparation, coordination, registration, and monitoring of contract execution;
  • Preparation of internal communications, organization and control of internal company events;
  • Coordination of purchase requests and office management support;
  • Interaction with target suppliers;
  • Coordinating the schedule of the General director;
  • Organizing of business meetings and business trips for the Senior Management team.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • 3 years of work in an administrative position;
  • Languages: English – upper-intermediate; Russian – mandatory, Kazakh – advantage;
  • Proficiency user of MS Office;
  • Excellent business communication and managerial skills;
  • Process management and control skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Result-oriented, customer-oriented.
