Finance Manager/Controller (CIS region)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting records and postings in the internal ERP system (Netsuite – Oracle) for the CIS region

• Prepare and submit month-end reporting packages in line with internal deadlines

• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and tax reporting across CIS countries

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping in 1C and reconcile with the group’s ERP system (Netsuite) for Kazakhstan

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and local tax legislation

• Work closely with external advisors, auditors, regulators, and banks

• Participate in internal projects and contribute to the budgeting and planning process

• Support decision-making with financial analysis and account reconciliation

• Maintain well-organized document archives and reporting flows

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting

• Fluency in Russian and English

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the crypto, fintech, or financial services sector

• Background in Big4 or similar firms and certifications like DipIFR, ACCA, or CPA are strong advantages

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional tax codes

• Advanced Excel skills

• Hands-on experience with 1C and willingness to work with Oracle Netsuite

• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive team player with strong communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities
