Lead the product line business in line with business strategy and company goals
Ensure that all business activities related to the Product line are aligned between each other and are trackable from its beginning.
Develop product line vision and product roadmap
Contribute to long- and short-term business planning processes, identifying key areas of growth, market opportunities and insights
Ensure development of competitive Product line portfolio: in-line with consumer products strategy, embedded into and positioned as a part of Kaspersky consumer products portfolio
Investigate main local markets’ cybersecurity compliance requirements in order to adopt product line proposal to those markets and to ensure regional expansion for product line business
Regularly analyses portfolio, makes decisions on product inclusion and withdrawal from portfolio
Consolidates and challenges product line budgets, drives product budgeting process.
