3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial development, ideally within food, agriculture, sustainability, hospitality, or F& proficiency in Russian and/or Kazakh is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and drive.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience and impact carry equal weight.
