Your responsibilities will include:
Full-cycle recruitment (from drafting job descriptions to making offers);
Sourcing and selecting candidates for sales, customer service, marketing, and other roles;
Conducting interviews and assessing both soft and hard skills;
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reporting;
Supporting onboarding and participating in the development of HR processes.
We expect:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (ideally in sales or customer service roles);
Ability to evaluate motivation, flexibility, and potential;
Responsibility, initiative, and organizational skills;
Willingness to work full-time from our office in Tbilisi.
Nice to have:
Experience in an international company;
English level Intermediate or higher.
