Рекрутер (Recruiter)

We are an international company helping people access high-quality medical care abroad. Our mission is to guide clients on their journey to better health with clarity, comfort, and compassion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-cycle recruitment (from drafting job descriptions to making offers);

• Sourcing and selecting candidates for sales, customer service, marketing, and other roles;

• Conducting interviews and assessing both soft and hard skills;

• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reporting;

• Supporting onboarding and participating in the development of HR processes.

We expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (ideally in sales or customer service roles);

• Ability to evaluate motivation, flexibility, and potential;

• Responsibility, initiative, and organizational skills;

• Willingness to work full-time from our office in Tbilisi.

Nice to have:

• Experience in an international company;

• English level Intermediate or higher.
