Affiliate Team Lead

We are a leading online marketing company seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Team Lead for our Moscow office. This position is open to candidates with prior experience in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and mentoring of a team of affiliate managers

• Hiring and training of employees

• Organizing the work of the department: building a team structure, calculating KPIs, setting tasks for the team and monitoring completion on time

• Independent management of partners: hunting and accounting

• Analysis of results and optimization of web masters’ work

• Cooperation with marketing, analytics, support departments

• Attending business conferences

Requirements:

• Experience as an Affiliate team leader from 1-2 year in Asian markets (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan)

• Strong team management skills

• Ability to analyze traffic/statistics, build a partner development strategy

• Ability to work in a structured manner (maintaining CRM, task managers)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of English - conversational (English-speaking team)
