International relations department officer

Sharda University Uzbekistan (SUUz) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an International Relations Department Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage international academic and institutional partnerships.

• Coordinate exchange programs, joint research projects, and international conferences.

• Assist in visa processing, documentation, and administrative support for foreign students and faculty.

• Serve as the liaison between SUUz and partner universities, embassies, and international agencies.

• Maintain and update international cooperation records and agreements.

• Support international students with their onboarding and integration into the university community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Education, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and computer skills.
