Sharda University Uzbekistan (SUUz) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an International Relations Department Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage international academic and institutional partnerships.
Coordinate exchange programs, joint research projects, and international conferences.
Assist in visa processing, documentation, and administrative support for foreign students and faculty.
Serve as the liaison between SUUz and partner universities, embassies, and international agencies.
Maintain and update international cooperation records and agreements.
Support international students with their onboarding and integration into the university community.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Education, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and computer skills.
