We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing Data and AI Engineering team of professionals who thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and healthcare. At MIGx, you’ll contribute to modern data mesh and data fabric architectures, develop cloud-native pipelines, and help implement DataOps practices that ensure our systems are robust, observable, and production-ready.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines (Databricks, dbt, PySpark, SQL)
• Support scalable data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Implement CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Apply DataOps: versioning, testing, automation, observability
• Integrate data quality, profiling, and validation tools
• Ensure logging, metrics, and alerting for pipelines
• Work with IaC (Terraform) for data infra
• Orchestrate ingestion from APIs, databases, and file systems
• Participate in agile processes and retrospectives

• Работа с качеством данных и профилированием

• Инфраструктура как код (Terraform)

• Agile-участие: стендапы, ретроспективы

Requirements – Must have
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, PySpark, SQL
• Work with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)
• Strong Python skills
• Understanding of data validation and quality practices
• Familiarity with observability and lineage
• DataOps principles and reproducibility
• Agile team experience
• English – working proficiency

• Data Vault or dimensional modeling
• Data testing tools
• GxP or healthcare data compliance
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, CosmosDB)
