ULTIMAR is a fully integrated shipping and trading company with offices in the UAE, Greece, and Cyprus. Now we are searching for a highly experienced Financial Manager of our own fleet to join us in Limassol (Cyprus).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the financial health of owned vessels, ensuring profitability and cost control across all voyages.
- Prepare detailed voyage result reports, highlighting revenue, cost components, variances, and profitability by vessel and trade.
- Analyze operational expenses (OPEX) and track Time Charter Equivalent (TCE) earnings on a monthly and voyage basis.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate funding for operations and investment needs related to the owned fleet.
- Develop and maintain interactive financial dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with operations, technical, and chartering departments to align financial strategies with commercial goals.
Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or another relevant field, additional finance designations is an advantage;
- 5+ years of experience in finance;
- Proficiency in MS Excel;
- Fluent English and Russian language skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills.
