We're looking for Middle+/Senior Web Designer to join our team — someone who specializes in building websites with a strong focus on brand development.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the visual design of our website and the overall digital expression of our brand.
This is a great opportunity for a product-minded designer who's passionate about visual storytelling, web design, and creative work that drives brand growth.
You'll translate business goals into compelling landing pages and distinctive design solutions that reflect the innovative spirit and ambition behind our product.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

What You'll Do:

• designing user flows and interface solutions in Figma;
• сreating visual concepts and brand identity assets;
• adapting designs across different screen sizes and devices;
• localizing designs for different markets and regions;
• reviewing and analyzing existing solutions to identify issues and propose improvements;
• сollaborating closely with web Developers, Product Managers, and QA specialists;
• developing and maintaining a design system and component library to ensure consistency;
• preparing graphic assets for export and implementation;
• supporting the handoff and implementation process — delivering final designs to developers and ensuring accurate execution.

What We Expect from You:

Hard skills

• 3+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing sites, and promo pages;
• a strong portfolio with branding-focused and storytelling-driven design work;
• experience building and maintaining component-based design libraries;
• understanding of cross-functional product development workflows;
• сonfident use of Figma for both UI and UX tasks;
• ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces;
• skilled in creating fully responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile);
• experience with interactive prototyping.

Soft skills

• ability to translate business goals into effective design solutions;

• creative thinking and a drive for fresh, unconventional ideas;

• strong communication skills: able to present and justify design decisions;
