We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Country Manager to lead business development in new regions, expand our partner network, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and industry trends
Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social media
Build partnerships with clinics, legal advisors, and other key service providers
Serve as the main point of contact for local partners and clients
Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
Negotiate terms, pricing, and formats of collaboration
Close deals and sign contracts, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and client support teams to align strategies
Analyze competitors and identify areas for competitive advantage
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and regional expansion plans
Identify strategic partners, alliances, and collaborations to accelerate growth
Requirements:
Higher education in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strategic thinking and strong analytical and planning abilities
Experience in lead generation across multiple communication channels
Ability to tailor solutions to the specific needs of partners and clients
Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges in the business development process
