Обязанности:
- Know regulatory legal acts, regulations, instructions, and other guidance materials on logistics.
- Continuous improvement of employee performance;
- Organization of training and advanced training of employees subordinate to the chief engineer;
- Performs control of the work of subordinates;
- Timely execution of orders and orders of the management.
- Preparation of all technical documentation;
- Approval and control of reconstruction and improvement projects of the company;
- To carry out conscientious, timely and high-quality fulfillment of tasks, work obligations, in accordance with labor, collective agreements, this job description, acts of the employer and other controlled documents of the Company, (in the absence of the possibility of fulfillment in volume and on time, or if questions arise, the employee must inform the immediate supervisor and, if necessary, extend the deadline tasks, assignments, etc.).
- Know the rules and regulations of labor protection and fire safety.
- Determines the technical policy and directions of the technical development of the enterprise in a market economy, the ways of reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the existing production, the level of specialization and diversification of production in the future.
- Provides the necessary level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increase of production efficiency and labor productivity, reduction of costs (material, financial and labor), rational use of production resources, high quality and competitiveness of manufactured products, works or services, compliance of manufactured products with current state standards, specifications and requirements of technical aesthetics, as well as their reliability and durability.
- Organizes the development and implementation of plans for the introduction of new equipment and technology, organizational and technical measures, research and development work.
- Fluent English
- Relevant Experience as PEM
- Upstream knowledge
- Multidisciplinary know-how
- Experience in Feasibility Study, Opex and Capex calculation
- Experience in EPC
- Project Management skills
- Work experience minimum 5 years
