IELTS Instructor

Salary: 400,000 – 600,000 KZT per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Flexible (adjusted to students' availability)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IELTS Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English (C1/C2 level) and a proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and results-driven IELTS lessons (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Develop personalized study plans tailored to students' target band scores.
• Provide detailed feedback on writing tasks and speaking performance.
• Administer mock tests and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate students' needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching IELTS (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent command of English (near-native or native proficiency).
• Familiarity with IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching strategies.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field (a plus).
