Your Role:

Launch & optimize ad campaigns (pop, push, banner, native).

Scale traffic and improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives and funnels.
Analyze traffic performance and adjust strategies.

What We Expect:

Experience with ad networks & media buying.
Strong understanding of tracking solutions (Keitaro, MMP, etc.).
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Bilingual environment – we speak Russian and English.
Office in Riga, Latvia (relocation is not required).
