We are looking for a Middle ML engineer /NLP engineer.

As an MLE in this position, you will be participating in various tasks concerning communication activities on our sites and other ML for core business tasks. The team currently owns large projects like ML for marketing, a recommendation system, a chatbot for the support team, and a moderation service. You will concentrate on auto-moderation and chatbot projects, but if you are full of ideas and skills, you will always be supported in bringing great ideas to life. In your team, several ML engineers, MLOps, and devs will help with infrastructure or discuss approaches.

Your daily activities:

• Work on NLP-related tasks as part of the team, including writing prompts, creating functions, and fine-tuning models when necessary;
• Build ML/AI models, write services (if needed for the project), and wrap them into Docker;
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of: Product owner, Analytics, ML;
• Share ideas and help with knowledge with the team.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Plotly);
• Excellent coding skills;
• Strong knowledge of LLMs: APIs, best models, and prompting techniques;
• Familiarity with Data & ML production pipelines (Airflow, MlFlow);
• Proven experience working on ML solutions.

Plus:

• Understanding of classical software development principles;
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Experience with OpenAI API or similar technologies;
• Hands-on experience with NLP-related tasks (text classification, summarisation, chatbot development, sentiment analysis, NER, topic extraction, etc.).

В этой роли вы будете участвовать в разработке различных решений, связанных с коммуникацией на наших платформах, а также в других ML-задачах, критичных для бизнеса. Сейчас команда работает над крупными проектами: ML для маркетинга, рекомендательная система, чат-бот для службы поддержки и сервис модерации. Основной фокус — проекты авто-модерации и чат-ботов, но если у вас есть идеи и нужные скиллы, мы поддержим их реализацию. В команде уже есть ML-инженеры, MLOps и разработчики, которые помогут с инфраструктурой и обсудят подходы.

Ваши задачи:

• Решение задач в области NLP: написание prompt'ов, создание функций, дообучение моделей при необходимости;

• Разработка ML/AI моделей, написание сервисов (если нужно для проекта), упаковка в Docker;

• Работа в кросс-функциональной команде: Product Owner, аналитики, ML-инженеры;

• Обмен знаниями и участие в обсуждениях внутри команды.

Мы ожидаем от вас:

• Уверенное знание Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Plotly);

• Отличные навыки программирования;

• Глубокое понимание LLM: API, лучшие модели, техники prompting'а;

• Знакомство с пайплайнами для Data & ML в проде (Airflow, MLflow);

• Подтвержденный опыт в создании ML-решений.

Будет плюсом:

• Понимание классических принципов разработки ПО;

• Опыт работы с Azure, AWS или GCP;

• Опыт использования OpenAI API или аналогичных технологий;

• Практический опыт в NLP (классификация текста, суммаризация, разработка чат-ботов, анализ тональности, NER, извлечение тем и т.д.).
