Job Name: Business/ Financial Analyst

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• As designated ‘business partner’, to collaborate with management team to drive improved financial performance; utilizing business insight analytics, identifying ways to optimize process and operational performance.

• Develop financial business plans and forecasts for the region, aligning customer plans and our internal resource planning.

• Optimize cash flow, by monitoring all elements of working capital and defining actions. Review and examine the financial impact of new and existing investment opportunities with a view to maximize the return on investment.

• Review all major tenders to highlight and mitigate risks and evaluate the financial impact of the prospective work.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• 7-10 years’ experience in Finance

• Previous experience in multinational or audit firm will be an added advantage

• At least intermediate working knowledge of English is mandatory
