Provide support towards customer and sales team by presenting Sany service portfolio, and service plan (region/country/project-level) incl. business model, training plan, recruitment plan, spare parts plan, inspection plan, scheduled maintenance, transportation & crane plan, warehousing plan, Q-EHS plan etc.
Be the overall owner (focal point), lead the stratification, planning and preparation of service proposals, including close liaison with all necessary multidisciplinary teams internally and externally and inspire all relevant resources to obtain the required results.
Take part in building favourable customer relationships, mapping key decision makers & influencers, and enhancing confidence/bankability of Sany in customer's organization.
Overall owner (go-to person) of the service part's analysis of customer's inquiries and RFP/tenders, including timely communication with customer if any clarification and deviations such as scope of services, availability requirements, business model, DoR etc.
Initiate and follow through internal report & approval processes for all service risks and opportunities, and secure the sign-offs from leadership team.
Writer of the service proposals, in terms of official service offering and service strategy, contractual schedules, and ensure the quality, integrity, professionalism of the proposal.
Participate and lead the contract negotiation for the service part of the contract, and be able to close the deal in a customer-servicing, efficient, professional fashion.
Take initiative for standardization, digitalization and optimization of the service proposal works incl. scope of services, excluded & additional services, availability warranty (time-/energy-based), division of responsibilities, service & availability contract templates and schedules.
OPEX costing and pricing model standardization incl. database maintenance.
Close liaison with regional Projects & Services team who’s responsible for execution, and create a continuous Corrective Feedback Loop.
Pre-requirement
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in the field of service / Maintenance. Preferably from WTG OEM or renewable IPP side, alternatively from other industrial sectors.
Education: Diploma Mechanical or degree and above.
Knowledge: Knowledge of the assigned region or customers: The stronger the better.
Ability: Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
Skill: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external service providers.
Language: English or Chinese.
