We’re looking for a lawyer to support and guide the legal aspects of product development processes.

What you will do:

• Review, approve, and support business contracts

• Provide legal support and documentation for software development (including in the context of international operations)

• Advise employees on intellectual property matters and ensure copyright protection

• Maintain records of works made for hire

• Participate in the preparation of documents and implementation of solutions related to personal data protection

• Monitor changes in legislation affecting the company’s activities and develop solutions to adapt internal processes accordingly

What you should have:

• Higher legal education

• At least 3 years of legal experience, including 1 year in the IT sector

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and key legal aspects related to it

• Knowledge of legislation relevant to the company’s activities and the ability to apply it in practice

• English level B2 or higher

• Focus on solutions rather than problems
