Job responsibilities:
Full visa support and registration for foreign employees
End-to-end documentation cycle for expatriate staff, including work permits and residence matters
Office management: ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of office furniture, equipment, plants; monitoring cleaning schedules and quality; arranging carpet dry cleaning
Onboarding support for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation coordination
Business travel arrangements: booking flights, train tickets, and hotel accommodations
Processing administrative payments and liaising with the finance department for timely execution
Job requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
Experience in handling visas and travel arrangements is a strong advantage
Familiarity with administrative payment processes
