Wireless Network Optimization Manager

A) Responsible for the formulation of the overall network optimization plan, review of network optimization work progress and completion quality, and network optimization work performance assessment;
B) Responsible for the confirmation of network optimization work interface and responsibility matrix;
C) Responsible for the confirmation of network optimization acceptance KPI indicators, and acceptance KPI index monitoring;
D) Configure and coordinate internal and external human resources, software, hardware and other resources of network optimization;
E) Responsible for interface and coordination with relevant departments of the company in terms of network optimization technical support, technical services and marketing;
F) Responsible for acceptance Network optimization problems, tracking, urging and handling, feedback and handling opinions, coordinating relevant technical personnel to analyze and summarize, formulating on-site solution plans, and organizing implementation;
G) Responsible for reviewing network optimization reports and communicating with customers;
H) Responsible for network Optimize skills transfer planning and implementation.

Skills Requirements:
Proficient in using wireless network planning tools, such as Atoll.....
Experience in wireless network planning for site replacement projects, including azimuth planning, power planning, and wireless simulation. Able to analyze antenna gain and RRU power changes before and after replacement, and provide reasonable recommendations for azimuth and cell transmission power to ensure KPI stability.
Familiar with the basic principles of wireless propagation.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
Proficiency in Russian is a plus.
