We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.
Now we’re looking for a manual QA engineer to join our QA team and take ownership of testing key features across web, voice, and backend. You’ll be hands-on in making sure the product works as expected - and stays that way as it evolves.

2+ years in manual QA with strong knowledge of testing techniques.
Familiar with REST APIs, HTTP basics, and web app architecture.
Can write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, filters).
Understanding of how web apps work — client-server, front to back.
Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
Adaptable to changing priorities and unclear requirements.
Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving requirements.
Clear communicator of issues, risks, and progress.
Curious and eager to grow, especially toward test automation.
