Coordination of New Branded Vehicle Acquisition: Manage and oversee processes for attracting new drivers and vehicles for branding, optimizing acquisition costs by working closely with marketing, fraud management, procurement and analytics teams.
Retention and Activity: Enhancement for Branded Vehicles Develop and implement strategies aimed at retaining branded drivers and increasing their activity through effective mechanics and tools, collaborating closely with marketing, marketplace efficiency, product marketing, product development and operations teams.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze retention rates, driver activity, and expenditures. Utilize analytical and data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL) to prepare reports and derive actionable insights.
Team Management and Employee Development: Coordinate the regional specialists activities, oversee the achievement of plans and KPIs, conduct regular meetings, and facilitate professional team development.
Crossfunctional Project Management: Lead projects involving multiple departments and teams (marketing, product, finance, analytics), ensuring timely execution and high quality outcomes.
Budget Optimization and ROI Improvement: Analyze costs related to the acquisition and retention of branded vehicles, identify opportunities for budget optimization, improve ROI, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in economics, business, marketing, or technical fields.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ride hailing, food delivery, courier services, or consulting (Big Three, Big Four).
Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, database management, SQL skills, and data visualization using BI tools (Tableau). Ability to identify insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, clearly define tasks, adhere to deadlines, and achieve planned results.
Crossfunctional Team: Skills Experience managing crossfunctional projects, ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels, negotiate resources, and set priorities.
