HSE Manager, Aksai 28/28

Higher education (University degree or higher) in HSE area and not less than 5 years of work experience in HSE managerial positions, preferably within an H2S environment.

• Broad knowledge of petroleum industry materials and equipment, including the processes used for their design, fabrication, installation and inspection;
• Broad knowledge of international Codes & Standards used in the petroleum industry (e.g. ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, ISO, etc.);
• Familiar with local Codes & Standards used in the petroleum industry (e.g. Snip, GOST, etc.);
• Familiar with the ISO 9000 family of standards for quality management systems;
• Manage Project Execution Directorate Risk Assessment Review and Monitoring, HSE Performance, Internal and External Inspections / Audits, and PED Inspections by Authorities;

Knowledge of contracting principles and client/contractor relationships

Experience of pre-commissioning and commissioning a major oil and gas project including supervision of energisation of electrical and instrumentation systems, leak testing and service tests.

Experience of project start-up and handover to operations including Pre-Start-Up-Reviews and Pre-Start up Safety Reviews (PSSR).

Sound knowledge and experience of construction activities including excavation, lifting, work at height, heavy vehicles, emergency response.

Experience of Concurrent Operations in a project.

English level is Upper-Intermediate B2.

Review and Manage the Project Execution Directorate Projects Risk Register and Synergi Corrective Action Items

Manage HSE Organisation Review, Resourcing and Monitoring of all Project Execution Directorate HSE resources;

Manage the Development of the Project Execution Directorate HSE Strategy, Improvement Plans, Management System, Key Processes, Policies, Procedures and Initiatives, and Roll-out Programme;

Manage the Development and Monitoring of the Project Execution Directorate HSE Statistics Reporting Summary;
