Marketing & Hubspot Specialist for Tricura Insurance Group – a US startup at the intersection of tech and insurance
Tricura Insurance Group is a fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of insurance and technology. The company offers both innovative insurance solutions and a proprietary cloud platform designed to drive better risk management, streamline claims, and enable smarter underwriting decisions.
Tricura consists of two interconnected businesses:
Tricura Insurance – focused on providing smarter, data-driven insurance coverage through a wide network of brokers.
Gemini Analytics – the tech arm powering automation, analytics, and optimization for the insurance side and beyond.
To expand both arms of the business, we’re now looking to bring on a creative, analytical, and highly independent marketing expert who can own and execute our marketing engine — with a particular focus on Hubspot mastery, content development, and graphic design.
About the role:
We’re hiring a full-time, remote Marketing & Hubspot Specialist to take over all outbound marketing operations and ensure our brand comes across as clean, compelling, and conversion-oriented. You’ll report directly to our Director of Marketing & Design while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, product, and sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s both a strong executor and a self-starter — someone who sees a target and figures out how to hit it, rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Responsibilities:
Hubspot Ownership: Build and manage Hubspot campaigns, automation sequences, proper tagging, performance tracking, and revenue attribution. We’re still early in our Hubspot journey — you’ll be the expert guiding us forward.
Content & Campaigns: Create and execute email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for both our insurance and tech offerings.
Graphic Design: Design visually impactful assets for LinkedIn, email, downloadable PDFs, PowerPoints, and physical materials for events and conferences — all while staying concise and brand-aligned.
Social Media & Outreach: Build and manage our LinkedIn content calendar, post regular updates, and oversee messaging and outreach (emails, WhatsApp, SMS).
Revenue-Driven Mindset: Track how marketing initiatives perform across the funnel — from lead generation and broker engagement to demo scheduling and deal closing.
Hard Skills we’re looking for:
Hubspot Expertise: You “live and breathe” Hubspot — you’re confident designing and implementing complex workflows, lead scoring, sequences, tagging, and CRM hygiene.
Content Creation: Strong writing and copy skills for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and marketing materials.
Graphic Design: Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) to create polished visual assets.
B2B Marketing: Experience creating campaigns for non-B2C audiences (ideally in industries like tech, insurance, or SaaS).
Analytics & Tracking: Comfort with measuring ROI, tracking conversions, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Soft Skills we’re looking for:
Ownership: You're someone who hits roadblocks and figures out how to get through them. You take the goal and run with it.
Initiative & Independence: Ability to manage your own workload, timelines, and deliverables without close oversight.
Fast Learner: Especially when it comes to understanding key industry stakeholders and value drivers in both tech and insurance.
Strong English Communication: Clear, fluent, and persuasive English writing and speaking skills are a must.
Collaborative Attitude: You’re happy to work with leadership and take input — but also able to push forward independently.
What we offer:
Full-time position (8 hours a day; Mon-Fri; flexible schedule with some overlap with New York working hours to communicate with the top-management).
