We are seeking an accomplished Head of Department Unsecured Lending to lead the growth and innovation of our microloan and consumer credit products. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in developing, launching, and scaling unsecured lending products tailored to diverse customer needs. As the Head of Unsecured Lending, you will play a key role in shaping our consumer credit portfolio, driving digital transformation, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development of New Consumer Loan Products

  • Create a strategic growth roadmap for consumer lending, focusing on scalable, customer-centric solutions.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and benchmark against competitors.

  • Design and launch innovative unsecured microloan products, with a strong emphasis on digital channels.

  • Develop tailored products for specific customer segments.

  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure smooth integration into existing platforms.

2. Driving Sales and Expanding Market Share

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, especially via digital platforms.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales and growth objectives.

  • Analyze the sales funnel and optimize it to improve conversion rates.

  • Streamline the customer journey to ensure a simple and intuitive loan application process.

  • Introduce advanced technologies for automated application processing and credit evaluation.

  • Use data analytics to personalize offers and improve conversion.

  • Launch promotional campaigns and special offers to drive customer acquisition.

  • Develop loyalty and reward programs for both customers and internal teams.

3. Enhancing Profitability of Consumer Loan Products

  • Monitor the profitability of lending products and suggest areas for optimization.

  • Set competitive interest rates and terms to attract a wide customer base.

  • Develop complementary products and services to drive additional revenue.

4. Expansion of Alternative Sales Channels

  • Establish strategic partnerships with online retailers and other digital ecosystems.

  • Track the performance of alternative sales channels and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proven experience in unsecured consumer lending, digital product development, and strategic leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and customer insights.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with measurable success.

  • In-depth understanding of digital channels and alternative distribution models.
