KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remote support to EU destination offices
• Creation and maintenance of destination files including information check (description of all types of suppliers, presentations, itineraries, etc)
• Support contracting in Destination offices: filling-in contract forms based on info provided by Procurement managers, updating suppliers’ forms in our internal operation system, etc
• Information gathering, checking, maintaining, and uploading to our internal operation system (hotel reservation calendar; entrance open/close info; restaurants’ menus and hotel demi-pension collection including yearly validity update, etc)
• Collection of rates for non-contracted suppliers in EU and updating to our internal operation system
• Нandling of pre-payments based on Destination office requests
• Support invoicing rebates and gathering commissions based on Destination offices requests
• Booking services online based on Destination offices requests
• Continuous daily communication in writing with EU Destination offices

• English language level B2+
• Precise, attentive, reliable attitude
• Patient and able to work with high monotony tolerance
• Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, and skills
• Good Excel user level
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, fast learner who thrives in a fast paced, target led environment
