Open Position: Service Engineer (SIG Equipment)

✅ Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or food equipment)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service engineer, maintenance technician, or technical expert in filling or packaging equipment
- Strong hands-on expertise with SIG machines (Combibloc, CFA, etc.) — maintenance, diagnostics, technical support
- Experience in international companies involved in the production or servicing of filling/packaging equipment (e.g., Tetra Pak, Elopak, KHS, Sidel, GEA, Syntegon/Bosch)
- Background in food production lines: dairy, juices, UHT, or liquid food
- Proven ability to support clients remotely, ideally with experience in service platforms or CRMs
- English proficiency is mandatory (Intermediate level or higher) — for technical documentation and communication with international teams
- Willingness to travel regularly across Russia and CIS countries
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical maintenance and repairs on SIG filling machines (including CFA, Combibloc models, and others), ensuring stable and safe operation at client sites
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting, resolve mechanical issues, adjust and calibrate equipment to meet production standards
- Analyze mechanical efficiency (OEE) and participate in improving production line performance
- Provide remote technical support to customers: consultations, issue identification, support during launches or process updates
- Maintain accurate technical documentation: service reports, maintenance recommendations, failure logs
- Collaborate with the spare parts and procurement team: component selection, ordering, and delivery control
- Train customer personnel on equipment use, new procedures, and updates
- Take part in pilot implementations of new packaging formats or technical modifications on client production lines
