Manager to Corporate Tax (Almaty/Astana)

Job purpose

Manage and deliver ongoing tax consulting projects for external clients from various industries, active participation in business development; manage and coordinate team of consultants

Role and responsibilities

• Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business;
• Preparation and Review of corporate, indirect, individual and other tax returns for individuals, legal entities and non-commercial organisations;
• Meeting with Tax and other State Authorities for various related to reporting, payment of taxes, duties and other amounts;
• Review of accounts and primary documents for compliance to local requirements, IFRS and US GAAP;
• Train staff, review and evaluate their work
• Manages multiple clients, budgets and production goals.

Knowledge and skills required

Work experience

• 2-3 years of experience in tax consulting in position of Senior Associate or Manager
• 4-6 years of accounting experience
• Experience with 1C software

Education and Qualifications

• university/college degree (in Finance, Taxation, Accounting)
• ACCA will be a plus

• Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and fluency in local language
