Business controller

◆ Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Identify risks through constant monitoring of the entire business and report them to HQ on a regular basis.

2. Potential risks are detected early through risk diagnosis on an ad hoc or regular basis.

3. Analyze financial and manufacturing indicator data to create a reporting pack and submit it to HQ.

4. Based on the analysis of financial and manufacturing data, identify problems and report them to the HQ and local entity.

5. Promote the whistleblowing system and investigate reports.

6. Perform closing work in the SAP CO-PA module.

7. Conduct management P&L analysis and manage the dashboard.

8. Review major expenditures, contracts, and regulation amendments.

9. Analyze production, inventory, and quality data to identify areas for improvement.

10. Timely response to requests for identifying issues from the HQ Controller Center.

◆ Qualifications

[Required]

At least 8 years of related experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Budgeting
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role

English (Fluent)

Accounting and taxation
- Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Tax law (corporate tax law, etc.)
Technique of business management
- Management of performance, forecasting, internal assurance, control, business strategy, management of budget
Confident use of PC, knowledge of specialized programs
- ERP system (SAP), Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

Organized and detail-oriented characteristics, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong supervisory skills, good interpersonal skills
