We are looking for a professional who:
Has deep, firsthand knowledge of the Turkish payments market
Brings expertise in online acquiring, wallets, P2P solutions, and local payment methods
Is ready to help us launch, develop, and scale payment products in Turkey
What you’ll do:
Source and cultivate partnerships with local providers and wallets
Negotiate terms with fintech companies
Research local market opportunities: e-commerce, wallets, bank transfers, P2P
Collaborate with internal IT, Key Account Management, and Sales teams
Gather and organize information on requirements, limitations, and possibilities within Turkey’s payment landscape
Co-create business cases, pilot programs, and go-live plans
Manage projects from concept through implementation
Work with Legal and Finance departments
Our expectations:
Proven experience with a Turkish payment system or wallet
Deep understanding of the local market structure and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of payment traffic specifics and business models
Track record in partnership development and negotiation
Established network of industry contacts
Proactive, flexible, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Willingness to meet and travel across Turkey
Fluency in Turkish is required; Russian (min. B2) and English (min. C1) are a plus
