We are looking for a strong and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be a proactive professional capable of managing the full-cycle recruitment process independently, with a solid understanding of the banking sector and proven ability to close vacancies quickly and effectively
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: vacancy publishing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and onboarding support
- Actively interact with Heads to understand business needs
- Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Maintain and update internal candidates’ database
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Ensure a high-quality candidate service throughout the process
- Report recruitment metrics and progress to Head of HR
- Adhere to all relevant Bank and departmental policies, processes, and instructions
Requirements: - Proven experience as a recruiter (ideally in banking, finance, or corporate sectors)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of the banking or financial sector is a must
- Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented
- Knowledge of English not below upper-intermediate level (both written and verbal)
