We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive the development of innovative digital products across e-commerce, enterprise analytics, or SaaS platforms. This role requires a professional who can craft detailed user stories, define product visions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Collaborate with leadership (CEO, CTO, Solution Architects) to define company vision, formulate product strategy, and break it down into yearly and quarterly plans
Work directly with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for value creation
Organize and facilitate User Story Mapping sessions and requirements gathering workshops
Create tasks for UI/UX design teams, provide feedback, and conduct design reviews with key stakeholders
Establish and maintain product development frameworks (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)
Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and comprehensive product documentation
Analyze data from multiple sources to guide product development decisions
Conduct regular demos for stakeholders and clients to maintain transparency and gather feedback
Perform manual testing and participate in release planning
Monitor performance of newly launched features post-release
Good understanding of Financial Analytics and Bookkeeping (Experience with bookkeeping software such as Sage Intacct and Quickbooks will be a plus)
Experience in Business Analysis within software/web development
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with API analysis and documentation
Fluent English (B2 level minimum)
Experience as a Business Analyst in finance, fintech, or healthcare domains
Strong understanding of banking APIs and bookkeeping systems (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)
Experience working with financial operations teams, especially Accounts Payable or CFO-level stakeholders will be a plus
Familiarity with ETL processes and ability to produce EER and UML class diagrams for data modeling
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart/Draw.io, or similar
Excellent communication, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management skills
Our client is a US-based company providing Bookkeeping and Financial Analytics services to the American healthcare sector. They are building a Daily Cash Projection Tool to help CFOs make informed payment decisions by providing accurate, real-time cash flow visibility. The solution will integrate with banking APIs and bookkeeping systems to automatically reconcile invoice and transaction data.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document integration capabilities of banking APIs
Evaluate bookkeeping system APIs (e.g., Sage Intacct) to support data reconciliation and forecasting
Gather, clarify, and structure requirements from financial analytics teams, including Accounts Payable
Create user story maps, business process diagrams, and wireframes to guide product development
