Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the affiliate marketing strategy across multiple brands and markets;

• Lead and grow a team of Affiliate Managers: hire, mentor, motivate and set KPIs;

• Drive acquisition by recruiting top-tier affiliates and negotiating high-value deals;

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners;

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize towards ROI and growth;

• Coordinate with product, BI, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations;

• Keep up with trends, competitors, tools, and affiliate tech to keep us ahead of the curve;

• Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for affiliate performance;

• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming;

• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and managing teams;

• Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.);

• Strong network of affiliates in Tier-1 markets;

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills;

• Confident negotiator and relationship builder;

• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools;

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

• Strong leadership and communication skills;

• Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
