Develop integrated marketing and e-commerce strategies for brand and product promotion; align cross-functional teams including PR, social media, media buying, and content design to deliver full-funnel campaigns that drive business results.
Manage brand marketing project timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders across departments, and work closely with product and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth execution.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including but not limited to online/offline events, e-commerce promotional campaigns, and cross-brand collaborations.
Oversee brand visuals and communication content, including e-commerce pages, brand videos, graphic designs, and other marketing assets.
Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities; derive user insights through research to continuously optimize brand marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in integrated brand marketing; familiarity with the Russian e-commerce landscape and mobile/3C industry is a plus.
Strong data sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective marketing optimizations based on analysis.
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently drive collaboration.
Native Russian speaker; proficient in English as a working language.
