Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.
We are looking for Technical Support to join the Shadow Fight 3 team.
Shadow Fight 3 is a 3D fighting game for mobile with RPG elements and a loyal fanbase around the world. We have a strong technical base that helps us create fun and varied gameplay. You’ll be working with our internal systems and helping to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming player requests via the HelpShift ticketing system
Collecting, analyzing, and forwarding bug reports and project issues to the development team
Working with logs and in-game tools
Collaborating with QA and development teams
Supporting and improving the work environment and maintaining relevant documentation
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in technical support
Previous experience in game development
Excellent communication skills: strong written Russian and English, ability to communicate with users politely and effectively
Gaming experience and a passion for the industry
Basic understanding of mobile applications and the development process
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
Strong interpersonal skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail
What would be a plus:
Familiarity with HelpShift
We offer:
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory workdays. Upon joining, you can choose your two fixed days off from Monday to Friday. National holidays do not affect the set schedule
Working Hours: From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+3), including a 1-hour lunch break, with the possibility of adjustment
