Who we're looking for

As our company continues to grow, we feel the strong need for a professional and dedicated Finance Manager to delegate the financial responsibilities that were previously handled by the CEO.

This person will take charge of PRpillar's financial operations, ensuring transparency in cash flow, accurate calculations, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily treasury operations, including managing payments, transactions, and financial reporting
• Handle employee payment calculations, propose ideas for automation of payments
• Prepare and manage the key financial statements including P&L, Cashflow
• Communicate with outsourced accountants, monitor their work, and possibly collaborate with the CEO to find professionals who will conduct a full audit of their work and assist in selecting new accountants if needed
• Dealing with production of monthly cash flow forecasts
• Dive into the product cost calculation and take over the process in the future, potentially suggesting improvements
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
• Implementing and handling financial planning and budgeting
• Over time, contribute to implementing an accounting system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance or financial control
• Advance understanding of Google Sheets
• Fluent Russian and English at a B2 level or higher is required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with international/European bank systems is a plus
