1. Position and requirements

PTW Coordinator

Development of Training Programs

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the project's specific HSES requirements.
• Create training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and visual aids, to support effective learning.

Schedule and Conducting Training Sessions

• Deliver induction training for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring they understand site-specific HSES protocols.
• Conduct specialized training sessions, such as

Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA)

Permit-to-Work (PTW) system

Emergency response and evacuation procedures

Safe handling of chemicals (MSDS-based training)

Equipment operation safety

Organise refresher courses for employees to reinforce safety and environmental best practices.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all training programs meet local and international HSES standards, including regulatory and client requirements.
• Maintain awareness of updates to HSES legislation and incorporate them into training materials.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of all training sessions, including attendance, topics covered, and outcomes.
• Prepare training completion certificates and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

Adaptability to Project Changes

• Update training programs to reflect changes in project scope, activities, or identified risks.
• Address new challenges, such as the introduction of new equipment or processes, with specific training sessions.
