Your Mission:

Build and own a consistent pipeline of inbound deal opportunities.
You’ll be on the front line—initiating contact with Amazon brand owners, leading powerful discovery calls, presenting our company’s value, and passing qualified deals to our internal team to bring them to the finish line.

Your key target: Close 6 Amazon brand acquisitions in 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the top of the acquisition funnel: lead sourcing, scoring, and first-contact outreach.

  • Conduct discovery (Welcome) calls with Amazon brand owners.

  • Present the value of our company as a trusted and strategic buyer.

  • Adapt communication strategies with founders under the guidance of Founder.

  • Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with our internal acquisitions team to progress deals.

  • Continuously optimize processes using tools like GPT, Zapier, Apollo, and more.

What We're Looking For:

Soft Skills:

  • You are expected to show resilience and persistence — you are not discouraged by rejection and don’t get thrown off by silence.

  • You should be a creative communicator — your outreach must stand out and be memorable.

  • You must be able to impress founders from the very first call through confident and impactful presentation.

  • You are required to stay organized, maintain a clean CRM, and consistently follow up.

  • You must actively seek feedback and demonstrate fast personal growth and adaptability.

Hard Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or strategic negotiations with business owners.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, funnel management, and cold outreach.

  • Proficiency with automation tools (GPT, Zapier, Apollo, PhantomBuster).

  • Experience running discovery or pre-sale calls.

  • (Bonus) Familiarity with Amazon or e-commerce is a strong plus.

Mindset:

  • You are expected to think in terms of productivity, using AI tools to eliminate busywork and focus on what drives results.

  • You should be able to quickly recognize high-potential brands and opportunities through sharp analytical thinking.

  • You are required to structure your thinking around funnels, conversion rates, and logical next steps in the acquisition process.

  • You will communicate with founders as equals, combining strategic clarity with a relaxed and confident tone.

English Proficiency:

  • C1–C2 level: Clear, fluent, and professional in both spoken and written English.

  • Confident leading calls, negotiating deals, and writing compelling emails.
