Real Estate & Commercial Associate

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all real estate assets, leases, and commercial property development at Almaty International Airport. This includes optimizing the use of airport land and facilities, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop airport land and property assets in line with strategic commercial goals.

• Negotiate and administer lease agreements and contracts with tenants and concessionaires.

• Monitor rental income, lease expirations, and renewals.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for real estate transactions.

• Identify opportunities for commercial development and space optimization.

• Ensure all property-related activities comply with local laws, airport regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants, including airlines, retailers, logistics companies, etc.

• Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and facility upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in real estate or property management (airport or transport sector preferred).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Kazakh property laws and lease regulations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English and Russian (Kazakh language is a plus).
