We are excited to announce that we are looking for a talented and experienced IT Sales Manager located in Baku.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for and attracting clients through cold calls, email outreach, social media, and other communication channels;
  • Conducting negotiations with clients, presenting the company's products and services, and identifying client needs;
  • Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating cooperation terms, concluding contracts, and handling documentation;
  • Providing support and consultation to clients at all stages of the deal, resolving issues and complaints, and building long-term relationships;
  • Maintaining the client database (CRM) and preparing reports on completed work;
  • Participating in training sessions and seminars, learning about new products and services, and monitoring the competitive landscape;
  • Collaborating with the technical department and other divisions to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English;
  • Experience in IT B2B sales;
  • Empathy and active listening;
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Understanding of sales processes and CRM tools;
  • Experience with documentation and reporting;
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
  • Time management and multitasking abilities;
  • Result-driven, proactive, and creative mindset.
