Strong knowledge of Mining industry and relationship with key customers (major mining subsoil users, suppliers, and service companies).
Sales experience in Mining sector not less than 5 years (equipment and services, experience in sales of steel products is an advantage).
Availability of real sales achievements in Mining sector.
Key skills and personal qualities: ability to self-organize, flexibility, adaptivity, initiative, creativity, desire for learning, orientation on results, presentation and negotiation skills, good communication skills (communication with people, easily, accessibly, and openly).
Location (preferred): Karaganda.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue & profit objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving requirements.
Prepare and present regular sales plans & reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of product capabilities.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept to showcase the functionality and value of products to potential customers.
Assist in the creation of proposals and quotations by providing technical details, specifications, and configurations.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and explore innovative approaches to enhance the sales workflow.
Work closely with other departments accounting, legal, warehouse & logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide input for product/service improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.
Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in the interactions with customers and partners.
Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
