We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer (B2B) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities in the B2B market.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, be highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Identify target industries and key decision-makers in prospective companies.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the B2B landscape relevant to our products and services.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Utilize various channels (e.g., networking events, social media, industry forums, referrals) to generate quality leads.
- Engage with prospects through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings to introduce our offerings.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of
- satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure
seamless customer experience.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and
- performance metrics to management.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes, marketing strategies, and product offerings based on market insights.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, real estate, or property management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, with advanced business writing and verbal proficiency.
- Strong ability to present, convey, and sell the value of products and services.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple investor portfolios and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, politeness, and tact in all interactions.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 monthly (fixed)
- Performance Bonuses: Earn 1% - 4% commission on annual rental values
- Tiered Commission Structure:
- 4% for direct owner leads you generate independently
- 2% for external agent referrals you convert
- 1% for company-provided leads you close
Commission calculated on minimum annual apartment rental value based on signed lease agreements
