Digital marketing expert

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online presence and drive digital growth. This role includes full responsibility for managing social media channels, the company website, all online advertising campaigns, e-commerce promotion, and launching new digital projects. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, strategic thinking with hands-on experience to drive growth and innovation across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize e-commerce promotion to boost sales and customer engagement
• Oversee website content, performance, and SEO
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Lead the planning, launch, and growth of new digital projects and campaigns
• Manage and grow social media accounts
• Analyze data from all digital channels and customer feedback using digital experience platforms to track performance, improve ROI, and enhance the overall digital and customer experience based on insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design& content teams to maintain brand consistency
• Assisting with the organization’s digital transformation efforts.
• Setting marketing roadmap for digital communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and project management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, web analytics, SEO, and online advertising tools
• Experience in managing digital advertising budgets;
• Experience working with content management systems and web content management.
• Working knowledge of new tools in digital monitoring and customer experience, along with established tools such as Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• English – at least intermediate level
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
