Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Sourcer to join our international company. This dual role combines the responsibilities of coordinating recruiting processes and actively sourcing candidates.

What you will do:

Recruiting Coordination:

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Collaborate with talent acquisition specialists to understand staffing needs
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
• Prepare and send offer letters to new hires

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates and assess their qualifications for open positions
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

What you should have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Completed recruiting and candidate sourcing courses
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques to effectively source candidates
• Familiarity with job boards and recruiting tools
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in both English and Russian at a B2 level or above
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment
• Motivation to grow professionally in recruitment
