We are looking for an experienced and independent PR manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to engagingly and clearly communicate with media, business representatives and publishers about B2B adtech technologies and their benefits for businesses and publishers in a variety of regions. They should be proficient in utilizing a wide range of channels, from traditional and new media to digital channels, podcasts, and ideally have international PR experience.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of PR-activities for constant media coverage of the company's adtech products
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Building work with contractors, building effective interaction with agencies
- Formulate and execute a targeted B2B communication strategy, including fostering partnerships with influential media and websites
- Creating and maintaining robust relationships with key media stakeholders, including arranging regular meetings and coordinating press events
- Development and implementation of strategies for anti-crisis PR, managing sensitive communication during critical situations.
- Writing and editing texts of different types (briefs, comments, news, press releases, articles, interviews)
- Organizing and conducting significant press events, ensuring active company participation in key exhibitions and media interviews (press conferences, round tables, participation in exhibitions, organizing interviews, etc.)
- Managing document flow
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: minimum 3 years in PR or corporate communications, preferably in international IT environments.
- Industry Acumen: strong understanding of and experience in media relations within different markets market; genuine interest in IT/technology with a desire to continually learn and adapt.
- Leadership Skills: demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams effectively, with successful past engagements with C-level stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: excellent ability to coordinate across functions and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Analytical Skills: competency in interpreting marketing dashboards, analytics, and essential business metrics.
- Crisis Management: proven track record in swiftly managing and resolving crisis situations.
